Facilities Maintenance and Engineering (FM&E) coordinates and performs building 维护 and repairs in the areas of Building Automation Systems, 木工, 电, 暖通空调, 锁服务, 砌筑, 管道, General Repairs. All Service Requests are managed through the Facilities Customer Service Center and the Maximo Maintenance Management System.
Facilities Customer Service Center
The Facilities Customer Service Center (FCSC) is our customers’ primary point of contact for all service requests and general inquiries. It is staffed Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Our Call Center picks up all calls after hours, including weekends.

大学 Facilities managers and administrative staff are available during regular 大学 business hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Contact information is available in our 员工目录. A Manager On-Call List is maintained to ensure service delivery to the campus after hours and on weekends.

How We Work: Prioritization Procedures
We accept 维护 inquiries via 电话, 电子邮件, or Maximo. 在收到, FCSC staff assess service requests and convert them to Work Orders, which are then assigned to the appropriate division 工作 单位. FCSC staff apprise requestors of lengthy repair timelines and delays in scheduled 工作. Please contact the FCSC for updates about individual service requests.
Work Orders are dispatched according to 优先级. We prioritize schedules to respond first to requests for:

紧急 工作 requests are processed immediately and assigned to the appropriate 工作 单位 for response and resolution to assist in protecting life safety and the campus infrastructure.

加热, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Services maintains and repairs 暖通空调 systems, as well as preventative 维护, monitoring and or adjusting room temperatures, troubleshooting and repair of air handling 单位s, 除湿机, 增湿器, 热泵, chilled 水 piping and coils, cooling towers.
锁服务
锁服务 ensures the physical security of 大学 assets by providing lock repair, 变化, 维护, 升级, master key and code key cutting, emergency lockout services. Electronic security of the 大学’s interior and exterior spaces and assets is managed through the 访问控制 单位.
管道 Services
管道 Services is responsible for the 维护 of steam, 气体, 水, sewer systems including drinking fountains, 淋浴, 排水管道, 水龙头, 厕所, hot and cold 水 lines, 水阀, submersible pumps, 下水道喷油器, 水 softener 单位s, hot 水 heaters, condensate return pumps and steam traps.
